My approach is trauma-informed and person-centred, integrating elements of different therapeutic modalities such as CBT, narrative therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and ACT, empowering you to develop healthier coping strategies and enhance self-awareness. I offer services in English, & am also proficient in conversational Farsi.
