Custom Counselling in Chilliwack, BC

Care Built

Around You.

Our Case Management approach allows Inner Balance Solutions to create a more customized and coordinated plan of care.

Depending on your needs, this may involve different therapists, different therapeutic approaches, individual sessions, family sessions, or a combination of services working toward shared goals.

Instead of trying to fit a complex situation into a single type of therapy,

we look at the bigger picture.

What Does Case Management

Look Like?

For a family, it could mean different family members working individually with their own therapists while also participating in family or relationship therapy when appropriate.

In more complex situations, it may also involve coordinating care with other professionals or supports, where appropriate and with proper consent.

The goal is to create a plan that makes sense for the people involved rather than expecting everyone to follow the same path.

Every situation is different.

This is care built around you and your needs.

Beyond The

Therapy Room

Case Management can go beyond traditional counselling sessions. When needed, our team can help support clients as they navigate the other parts of life that may be connected to their care and recovery.

This can include return-to-work support, where counselling services may be funded through an insurer with the shared goal of helping the client recover, build confidence, and work toward a safe and sustainable return to the workplace.

Support can also include attending or assisting with school meetings, medical appointments, meetings with other professionals, care planning, advocacy, and communication between different supports when appropriate.

Every situation is different.
This Gives us the flexibility to look at what you actually need and determine how we can best support you.

A Team

Approach To Therapy

When multiple therapists or services are involved, coordination can be valuable.

With appropriate consent and while respecting each person’s privacy and confidentiality, therapists may be able to collaborate around broader treatment goals and help ensure that care is working together rather than feeling disconnected.
