With her calm, grounded presence and deep respect for each person’s story, Jen offers a space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported. Her approach is integrative and person-centred, drawing from existential therapy, narrative therapy, CBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and mindfulness-based, trauma-informed practices. She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in both Child and Youth Care and Sociology.
Jen brings extensive knowledge and experience in grief and bereavement, with a particular gift for supporting individuals navigating the intersection of loss, addiction, and life transitions. She works with clients from all walks of life, including those who have been marginalized—such as members of LGBTQ2S+ and Indigenous communities—offering a space grounded in acceptance, autonomy, and respect.
